The invention relates to the cleaning solutions or cleaning fluids and to the processes for their preparation, applied in technological processes in instrument making for the removing of ready-mixed paints on the basis of epoxide-containing varnish-and-paint compositions, including obsolescent, from the surfaces of installation, for example, at its restoration, primarily – the surfaces, made, for example, from aluminum alloys, and also from the steel surfaces, protected against corrosion by galvanic method, copper, nickel, tin, bismuthic, and other coverings, which are corrosion resistant and meant for exploitation under harsh environment, and also can be applied for cleaning of the surfaces, made from other materials. Moreover, the proposed invention can be efficiently applied for the removing of residuary products after cleaning of surfaces from varnish-and-paint compositions, applied on epoxide-containing base coats and stopping. The proposed solution contains following components in percentage ratio towards the total weight of the solution: methylene chloride – from 60 to 80 %, paraffin and/or wax – from 0.3 to 0.7 %, carbon tetrachloride – from 5 to 10 %, isopropyl or butyl alcohol – from 10 to 20 %, ethers of acetyl cellulose – from 4 to 6 %, formic and/or oxalic, and/or acetic acids – from 0.3 to 0.6 %, trisodium phosphate and/or half-substituted sodium phosphates – from 0.3 to 0.5 %, aerosil – from 0.3 to 0.5 %, sodium methylsiliconate and/or sodium trichlorophosphate – from 0.3 to 0.6 %, neonole – from 3 to 8 %. Providing high efficiency at removing of ready-mixed paints and/or varnish-and-paint compositions, applied on epoxide-containing base coats and stopping, the invention has such additional positive-useful properties, as low toxicity, comparatively insignificant potential evaporation, the solution is not an inflammable mixture, has considerable shelf life, provides for considerable decreasing of cleaning time of the surface (practically 1-20 times less than under the conditions of applying of the known cleaning solutions-analogs). |
