Homogeneous granulated metal based and metal-ceramic based powers are provided to use the powder and a compound effectively. Homogeneous granulated metal based and metal-ceramic based powers comprise the following steps. The liquid includes at least one of a metal element and/or a metal alloy, a ceramic compound and/or a non metal element etc. Slurry/a suspension or a compound is dried to form a powder compound by removing a part of liquid. A granule is exposed for an effect of additional removal of the residue liquid. The removal of one or more binder material, reduction of the carbon content, and reduction of oxygen are included in the steps.
