A pneumatic tire having air pressure controller is provided that the pressure adjustment controller having the air inlet is set up in rim. A pneumatic tire having air pressure controller comprises a pressure adjustment controller(200) positioned in the upper and lower part of the rim(100). The pressure adjustment controller includes an air inlet(300) in which the air is inflowed, an outer tube having the inner adaption space, an air injection valve installed at the bottom part of the outer tube, an inner tube capable of moving up and down, a pressure plate installed at the lower part of the inner tube. First air inlet hole and second air outlet hole are set up in the outer tube. The first air inlet hole is connected to the air inlet. The inner tube includes a second air inlet hole connected to the first air inlet hole and a first air outlet hole connected to a second air outlet hole.
