A TOUCH VARNISHING WITH LACQUER TECHMIQUE OF THE WOODEN CONTAINER

A touch lacquering method of wooden containers is provided to display desired various patterns or colors with higher qualities on the wooden containers and to obtain cubic surface effects of the wooden containers to which lacquers are applied. A touch lacquering method of wooden containers comprises: coating a kneaded mixture of loess, water and unboiled lacquer to a thickness of 4 to 5 mm on the work surface of a wooden container member; performing a first touch coating on the coated surface of the wooden container member using a ramie fabric dipped into the kneaded mixture of loess, water and unboiled lacquer, and drying the kneaded mixture-touch coated wooden container member in a drying room having a temperature of 27 to 30 deg.C and a humidity of 70 to 80 deg.C for 48 hours; firstly finishing the coated surface of the wooden container member with a sand paper, removing foreign materials on the surface of the wooden container member with clean water, and drying the cleaned surface of the wooden container member; lacquering the surface of the wooden container member with a color lacquer into which 50% of a mercury sulfide(HgS)-containing natural mineral as a pigment and 50% of a refined lacquer are diluted; drying the color lacquered wooden container member in the drying room having a temperature of 27 to 30 deg.C and a humidity of 70 to 80 deg.C for 48 hours; secondly finishing the surface of the wooden container member passing through the foregoing processes with a sand paper; and coating the surface of the wooden container member with a transparent refined lacquer, and drying the lacquered wooden container member in the drying room having a temperature of 27 to 30 deg.C and a humidity of 70 to 80 deg.C for 48 hours.
