The invention relates to food industry, in particular to confectionery industry, and can be used for forming chocolate products decorated with different inscriptions and pipings. A device for forming chocolate products comprises a pouring machine, a forming element, a conveyer, an automatic wrapping machine. The forming element is made as a die set with a plunger, each of which has a composite construction, in particular a steady heat-conducting hollow base and removable inserts fixed to the base by means of permanent magnets. The design of the forming element allows easily correct an assortment of products according to needs of consumers forming the products with certain inscriptions and pipings. |
