The invention relates to the equipment for packing of products into a glass container, namely to the devices for distribution of a flow of bottles, and it can be used in food, canning, medical, chemical and other branches of national economy. A device for distribution of a flow of bottles consists of a feed apron, a fixed connecting gangway, a straight-wedge mechanism of distribution of a flow of bottles, branch conveyors and guides for bottles. In accordance with the invention, the unit of straight-wedge mechanism of distribution of a flow of bottles consists of metallic guides, which at the point of their junction form a wedge with angle, and to these guides at the point of their junction a rubber roller is vertically fixed, which axis pivots in the floating supports and can be slanted in vertical plane, and it contains damping springs, which together with the rubber roller form a damping system of longitudinal vibrations. The embodiment of invention provides for the guaranteed separation of one flow of bottles into two flows, impacts and rebounds of bottles from the mechanism of distribution are completely excluded, damage of label on the cylindrical part of the bottle is excluded, noise at operation of device is reduced and longitudinal dynamic component of the feed apron is made, which leads to the decrease of the force of impact of bottles against wedge distributor. |
