<p>A scattering member and an organic electroluminescent display device using the same are provided to enhance light extraction efficiency and to reduce image blurring effect. An organic electroluminescent display device using a scattering member includes a substrate(110), a lower electrode(120), an organic electroluminescent layer(130), an upper electrode(140), a barrier layer(150), and a transparent substrate(160). The lower electrode, the organic electroluminescent layer, the upper electrode, the barrier layer, and the transparent substrate are formed sequentially on the substrate. A scattering member is arranged on the upper electrode. The scattering member is in contact with the upper electrode.</p> |
