The present invention concerns a stable pharmaceutical composition and the manufacturing method thereof, which is characterised in that it includes covered microspheres comprising simvastatin salt, pharmaceutically acceptable vehicles and/or excipients; the invention further concerns the use of said composition for the preparation of an oral drug prescribed in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and coronary cardiopathies or with risk of developing coronary cardiopathies.
