A solar heat collector and a solar heating apparatus using the same are provided to transfer solar heat effectively by using a plurality of curved heat absorbing plates arranged across each other. A solar heat collector(100) comprises a first curved member having a curved surface of first direction and a second curved member connected to the first curved member. The second curved member has a curved surface of second direction. The first curved member meets at right angle with the annual traveling direction of the sun and the second curved member meets at right angle with the daily traveling direction of the sun.
