A method for preparing the processed food for the beef broth is provided to allow it to be packaged by the determined amount and the part. A method for preparing the processed food for the beef broth comprises the steps of steaming beef at 100°C for 80 min and at 130°C for 20 min; drying the steamed one at 50°C for 1 hour in a drying furnace provided with a hot wire and a ventilation fan, naturally drying in the shade for 24 hours, and repeating the processes 3-4 times; soaking the dried one in the natural seasoning solution and naturally maturing it at a room temperature in the shade for 20-30 days; spraying the steam of 50°C to the surface of the matured beef with applying hot wind; cutting or pulverizing the softened beef; and packaging it. |
