An attachment for cell phones contains a light and bottle opener. The attachment may be affixed to or be removably attached to the back of a cell phone and/or to a cell phone case. If removable, the structure attaches to the back of a cell phone or case via VELCRO(R) fastening. The removable light may be held in place by the bottle opener and/or by walls formed on the plate. In another embodiment, the bottle opener also serves as a spring loaded belt clip.
