An electronic bill processing system using a customized information delivery function and a program recording medium thereof are provided to electronically process a bill by using the customized information delivery function equipped with an interface provider. An information register links/registers customer information, billing agency information, and website information to a database. An information collector periodically collects bill information corresponding to the customer information. A bill information output unit outputs the bill information to a predetermined area of an Internet banking webpage. An interface provider provides a bill payment interface for paying an amount included in the bill information to a customer terminal. |
