A low temperature sauna bath is provided to adjust temperature rapidly and to minimize the harmfulness of the cement exposed to the floor, the wall, and the ceiling. A low temperature sauna bath comprises: a coating layer floor blocking harmful material of the cement concrete which is applied on the floor of the cement concrete structure, the wall, and ceiling surface; a floor lamination structure in which an adiabatic sheet, a waterproofing gypsum board, a heat reflecting plate, a functional heating plate, a waterproofing gypsum board, and an artificial marble are laminated on the floor coating layer; a wall lamination structure(20) in which an adiabatic sheet , a waterproofing gypsum board, a heat reflecting plate, a plane shape heating plate, and timber rubber are laminated on the wall coating layer; a ceiling lamination structure(30) in which a waterproofing gypsum board and timber rubber are laminated on the ceiling coating layer; and a temperature controller. |
