A circuit for controlling the charging of a battery is provided to increase a lifespan of the battery by preventing the reduction of the battery charging capacity by reducing the solidified sulfate material. A power source recognition part(11) is connected to a power line for supplying a charging voltage to a battery(2) in a power supply device and recognizes a voltage value charged in the battery and a current voltage of the battery. A controller(12) controls the internal operation according to the charging by judging the state of the battery. A driving voltage generating unit(16) generates the driving voltage by a control signal according to a period of a frequency. A high frequency voltage generating unit(17) applies the high frequency voltage to an electrode plate of the battery. A protective circuit(18) recognizes the operation state.
