The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic composition and hairstyling method comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium: (i) at least one cationic polyurethane comprising at least one non-ionic unit derived from at least one polymer chosen from olefinic homopolymers and copolymers, and (ii) at least one silicone chosen from polydialkyl siloxanes and organomodified polysiloxanes comprising at least one functional group chosen from poly(oxyalkylene), amine and alkoxy groups.
