<p>The device has a single housing in which an electrical power storage unit (20) e.g. super-capacitor, is arranged. The single housing has a lower part i.e. enclosure (34), for receiving the electrical power storage unit. The lower part has a lower cooling unit cooling the storage unit and provided with a Peltier effect thermoelectric cell (56) that is thin. The thermoelectric cell has a cold surface, which absorbs a part of pumped heat (C1) emitted by the storage unit, where the absorbed heat quantity is function of intensity of supply current of the cell.</p> |
