摘要 FIELD: physics, measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to field of geodetic instrument making. The device contains a basic device, a cylindrical holder, a collimator, an electromotor, a penta prism, units of declination of penta prism spin axis on dilatational and traversal axes. The laser is located in a cylindrical holder. The unit of declination of penta prism spin axis along a long axis is executed in the form of system of turning parallelogramms. The system includes two cranks with parallel links; the optical centre of the penta prism is disposed on continuation of the straight line transiting through an axis of the arbour, and also through points of fastening of cranks to the arbour. Two pairs of rods are pivotally joined to cranks and a cylindrical holder. The vertical circle is erected on a crank spin axis. The declination unit of the penta prism along a transverse axis includes the arbour on which spin axis cranks are anchored with possibility of gyration on the arbour the areal gear wheel - inflow is still rigidly planted. ^ EFFECT: increase of labour productivity at the expense of an exception in operation of preevaluations of a blanket greatest bias and also search on terrain of an azimuthal direction of this greatest bias. ^ 2 dwg
