FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydraulic booster relates to high-precision control devices operated at higher vibration loads. The proposed hydraulic booster incorporates electromechanical converter with a flap fitted on its output shaft, housing with feed channels and two covers, two coaxial nozzles tightened up by the said covers and furnished with compensation elements, the said two nozzles being fitted on both sides of the said flap. Note that their axial channels communicate via radial channels with the housing feed channels, the said radial channels representing flat parallel slots perpendicular to the nozzle axis and shifted relative to it. Note also that the nozzle tightening compensation elements represents crosspieces arranged between the nozzle slots on both sides of the nozzle axis and with an angular shift in the projection onto the plane perpendicular to the said axis. Mind that the nozzle casing in the area of the said flat parallel slots, representing a thin-wall cylinder, is furnished with at least two pairs of opposed coaxial slots with their throat matching the nozzle axial channel throat. Mind also that the slot facing the crosspiece features a profile section, perpendicular to its plane, features a radial shape. Here note that the minimum distance between the aforesaid pair of opposed slots in the section perpendicular to the nozzle axis is defined by the expression where amin is the minimum distance between the said opposed pair of slots, M is the torque applied to the nozzle in adjustment, D is the nozzle casing OD in the area of flat slots, delta is the nozzle casing wall thickness in the area of flat parallel slots, [tau] is the tolerable torsion strain of the nozzle material. ^ EFFECT: simpler adjustment by reducing torque applied to nozzle thanks to higher elasticity of tightening compensation elements. ^ 2 dwg |
