An electric boiler is provided to smoothly eject the hot water through the exhaust line by supplying a part of the water of water storage tank to the exhaust line with the drain water remedial measure. An electric boiler comprises water tank(110) having four sides shut tightly, and stores the water flowed in through the water pipe(112); the rapidity heating water supply apparatus(120) which rapidly heats up a part of the water of water storage tank with the high temperature by using the external electricity; the hot water supply pipe(130) guiding the hot water in the top of the water tank, and supplies the hot water to the top of the water tank; the exhaust line(140) ejecting the hot water with the pumping pressure of the heating pump to the outside of the water tank; and the drain water remedial measure filling up the exhaust line with the water stored on the top of the water tank.
