FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of drying disperse materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Spraying dryer comprises a casing equipped by a spraying chamber in its upper part fitted with an acoustic sprayer made according to the present invention and by a collector for heat transfer medium supply, a drying chamber, a gas distribution system of drying agent, a solution supply system and an exhaust air purifying system. Gas distribution system is fitted with two gas distributors: lower and upper ones, the upper gas distributor supplies heat transfer medium to the spray base and is goaled for even distribution of heat transfer medium over the sprinkled material spray, the lower gas distributor allows for supply of heat transfer medium to the lower part of the casing where a gas distributing grid with branch pipes for secondary heat transfer medium supply and a chute for granules are mounted. The casing central part is equipped with a granulator in the form of eccentric rollers rotating in the profiled ducts with longitudinal slots under which a mesh is set. ^ EFFECT: increasing drying efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
