FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: hazel grouse meat is fried in melted butter and chopped; pearl barley is boiled till double increase of weight and chopped; asparagus and green dill are cut and frozen. Chicken eggs are beaten. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with sour cream, bone broth and culinary salt and starch under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture is packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods. |
