FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning compositions, which also form multipurpose coatings on a clean surface. The objective is to develop a composition, which provides for surface cleaning, as well as moisture-proofing, dirt-proofing and bacterial resistance thereof. Cleaning and multipurpose coatings, which contain cationic tertiary organosilane compound and hydrogen peroxide in aqueous media and provide for waterproofing, dirt-proofing and residual bacterial resistance (versions), are suggested, as well as method for surface cleaning and production of multipurpose coating using the said composition.
