摘要 An ultrasonic diagnosis device comprising a means for picking up the tomographic image of a blood vessel and measuring the diameter of the blood vessel based on that image is further provided with an ultrasonic probe (11) having an ultrasonic oscillator (11a) performing scanning with an ultrasonic beam where the oscillator can turn in a direction intersecting the scanning direction of the ultrasonic beam perpendicularly, a plurality of means for picking up the tomographic image of the blood vessel (50) on a plurality of cross-sections by turning the oscillator (11a) at a predetermined interval and performing ultrasonic beam scanning at each position with the oscillator (11a), an imaging position determining means for comparing the results of measurement of blood vessel diameter performed based on each tomographic image and determining the position where an image indicating a maximum blood vessel diameter is picked up as the maximum blood vessel diameter imaging position, and a maximum blood vessel diameter capturing means for turning the oscillator (11a) to the position determined by the imaging position determining means. Consequently, the labor required for manually correcting shift of the probe caused by sudden pressure reduction at the time of releasing avascularization is eliminated, and %FMD measurement can be performed smoothly.
