A tap processing apparatus of the heat sink is provided to automatically perform the tap processing process after individually separating from the heat sink of the large amount, successively arranging and transferring to the tapping unit. A tap processing apparatus of the heat sink comprises the feeding unit(10) providing the heat sink which is contacted with the semiconductor device and which absorbs the heat generated from the semiconductor device and emitted; the orienting unit(20) for regularly controlling the supply direction of the heat sink; the aligning and the conveying unit(30) for transferring the heat sink which is oriented; the tapping unit(50) for tapping the through-hole of the transferred heat sink; and the exhaust unit(60) for ejecting the tapped heat sink.
