AUTO INSERT DEVICE OF NEEDLE FOR PROBE CARD

An automatic insert apparatus of the needle for the probe card is provided to consecutively fix the probe needle on the needle fixture through the automation and to improve the efficiency of work. The loading unit(10) is installed at the upper part of the main body(2) of the insert apparatus. The insert picker(P) is combined in the loading unit. The vacuum inhalation head(20) is installed at the front lower end part of the insert picker and the needle is absorbed with the vacuum force. The first pusher is installed at the front of the vacuum inhalation head and the needle is supported according to the operation of the first pushing cylinder in the pressurization state. The second pusher is installed at the backside of the vacuum inhalation head and the needle is pressured and is fixed according to the operation of the second pushing cylinder in the needle fixture.
