FIELD: mechanics; agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed reel is made up of housing with a mechanism to transmit rotation and that of reciprocation, a bobbin with a shaft, a rotor, a timber stacker, a handle and consoles. The bobbin shaft accommodates a sleeve to run about the shaft and to reciprocate relative to the rotor. The aforesaid sleeve represents two cylinders jointed together, one supporting the said bobbin and the other one being furnished with slots for guide bearings fitted on either outer or inner side of the rotor.
