This invention relates to biotechnology and nanotechnology, especially tomethods, that include nanomanipulations, like scanning probe microscopy, and can be used for the transfer of individual macromolecules, with size from 10 nm to 100 µm, or small amount of some substance (with volume from 102 to 107 nm3). According to the proposed method an aluminium tip with the uniform surface layer of aluminium oxide nanopores is used for the transfer of a small amount of some substance. The voltage from +0.01 V to +0.7 V is used in a neutral liquide (with pH from 7 to 8.5) for the sorbtion of individual macromolecules or small amount of some substance with volume from 102 to 107 nm3 . The voltage from -0.01 V to -0.7 V is used for the desorbtion.
