A liquid filling apparatus is provided to prevent that the liquid is left at the nozzle since the check valve is formed in the nozzle. A liquid filling apparatus comprises as follows. The liquid that is provided from the filling tank is induced to a cylinder(24) of a valve part. The predetermined amount of induced content is pushed to a nozzle(27) through a piston. The nozzle comprises a check valve(C) opening and shutting according to the pressure. The check valve is made of synthetic resin.
