A multi-tap cable is provided to be attached to a wall or a floor tidily by using a double sided tape. A multi code and a plug are connected to the both end portions of a pair of electric wires(3), and a resin outer film(2) coats the outer part of the electric wires in oval shape. A vinyl sheet(41) is attached to the coated double sided tape in the direction toward one portion of the resin outer film. A pressure roller attaches the double sided tape to the resin outer film by pressurizing the resin outer film and the double sided tape.
