FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: onions and Brussels sprouts are cut and blanched; lettuce and green parsley are chopped and frozen. Wiener sausages are sliced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt, calcium citrate, mustard and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: diversification of available food products; improved digestibility of preserve foods as compared to standard analogues (digestibility value increased from 1.105 to 1,2.105). |
