<p>This invention concerns the methods of packaging and storing semi-liquid food products, for example, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauce or gravy. Object matter of this invention is to increase the storage-time of products as well as to ensure security for service-team. According this invention the intention is achieved thereby filling up a space over product surface level with neutral gas before hermetically sealing during package and storage process of semi-liquid foodstuffs (the vessel could be filled up and after that it could be hermetically sealed by film), but after hermetically sealing by film a led could be put on the vessel. There is used nitrogen as filling gas. A pressure of gas in the vessel is made between 10 to 20 % over atmospheric pressure. With a purpose of hermetically sealing the film could be smelt to vessel's wall. The storage time for product is increased 2 to 4 times.</p> |
