INDOLE AND INDAZOLE COMPOUNDS AS AN INHIBITOR OF CELLULAR NECROSIS

Indole and indazole compounds as inhibitor of cellular necrosis are provided to enhance the hepato-protective effect and liver function-improving effect, thereby preventing and treating acute and chronic liver diseases including fatty liver, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, and virus or drug infection. The indole and indazole compounds represented by the chemical formula(1) which is useful as cellular necrosis inhibitor, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or isomers thereof are used to prevent and treat acute and chronic liver diseases, wherein n is an integer from 1 to 3, and m is an integer of 0 or 1; A is direct binding, phenyl, or 6-membered heteroaryl containing 1-2 nitrogen atom; X is C or N; R^1 is hydrogen, alkyl, -(CH2)rNR^7R^8 or -(CH2)rCO2H; R^2 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy or trialkylsilyl, or -(CH2)pCO2R^7, -(CH2)pOR^7, -(CH2)pNR^7R^8, -NHR^10, -N(H)S(O)2R^7, -NHC(O)R^10, -(CH2)pS(O)2R^7 or (CH2)p-heterocycle-R^10; R^3 is hydrogen, cyano, halogen, alkyl or phenyl, or -(CH2)n-heterocycle or -(CH2)n-aryl; R^4 is -YR^11; R^5 is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycle or heterocyclylalkyl; and R^6 is -(CR^7R^8)p-Z-D-W-R^14.
