A mold for forming a hot stamping material is provided to change the location of a cooling water channel conveniently by inserting a cooling water channel for cooling the mold inside an insertion hole. A mold for forming a hot stamping material includes grooves(201) formed inside a mold(200) molding product; a tubular cooling water channel(210) inserted inside the grooves; and an insulating member(220) installed on the surface of the mold to bury the cooling water channel. The grooves are formed to be inserted with a plurality of cooling water channels, with the equal space.
