摘要 <p>Invention is put into toxic industrial waste thermal processing methods and can be used for recycling of chemical and petrochemical industry waste, agricultural, bioorganic and medical waste and other domestic and industrial waste. The object of suggested invention is creation of method, which will allow for accident prevention during recycling process and increase in utilization productivity, for expansion of application range of domestic and industrial waste, especially toxic industrial waste, technological recycling process, simultaneously significantly improving environmental ecology. Set object is achieved due to the fact, that waste is analyzed and sorted beforehand to determine further utilization regulations and undergoes water steam treatment with neutralizing solution. To obtained composition are being added components, for example, mazut, in ratio, which provides for exothermal reaction and ignition effect, next, is carried out pre-heating of reaction mixture and its burning in tunnel aggregate - utilize. Generated combustion gases and flammable gases are sent to after-burning with consequent filtration and cooling, and solid residue is put together with additives, for example, with chalkstone, generating clinker mass.
