A method for preparing pork cutlet is provided to improve the balance of nutrients by using lactobacillus polysaccharide dextran. A method for preparing pork cutlet comprises the steps of salting the cut pork foil with black pepper and salt; adding lactobacillus polysaccharide dextran to the salted pork slice and mixing them; putting a vegetable filling, a cheese feeling and a fruit filling between a plural sheets of pork slices so as to molt it; coating the outer surface with an egg, a wheat flour and a bread flour; and freezing it at 20~45°C for 10~20 rapidly. |
