FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for cleaning of surfaces by granules of carbon dioxide (dry ice). Device comprises hopper with granules, head with directing nozzle installed on three-coordinate manipulator joined by flexible pneumatic line with batcher of granules and source of excessive pressure of bearing gas. Batcher of granules is made in the form of assembly of three disks installed on vertical shaft and separated by orifices from anti-friction material. Upper disk is installed as fixed, opening is provided on its periphery. Lower disk is installed on shaft as fixed, and opening is made in it, being displaced along circumference relative to opening in upper disk. Middle disk is arranged with openings evenly arranged along circumference and is installed with the possibility of rotation from drive with alternating speed of rotation to provide for coaxial location of its openings with opening in upper disk and opening in lower disk. Opening of upper disk is connected by pipeline to hopper. Lower disk opening is connected to pneumatic line. Assembly of disks and orifices is installed with the possibility of axial force closure. ^ EFFECT: provision of accurate mass supply of granules for different types of contaminants. ^ 1 dwg
