FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to control water temperature in the equipment cooling circuit and can be used in power engineering. The proposed hydraulic device incorporates a heat exchanger and additionally a water heater allowing maintaining the water temperature of up to +35°C and not below a preset level, during the equipment downtime irrespective of the time of year.
