PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method that eliminates heating and transportation of a large amount of materials and has high dustproof performance. SOLUTION: The method for dustproof treatment of ground comprises spraying a polytetrafluoroethylene in an aqueous dispersion state and water on the ground, tilling the ground, fibrillating the polytetrafluoroethylene so as to capture ground soil.
