PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection compression molding of a light guide plate with pattern forming surfaces formed in blocks arranged in relation to other mold composing members through small clearances without using a stamper in the mold for injection compression-molding the light guide plate which carries out the molding of the light guide plate by pressurizing a molten resin in a cavity formed between a fixed mold and a movable mold. SOLUTION: In the mold for injection compression molding of a light guide plate P which carries out the molding of the light guide plate by pressurizing the molten resin in the cavity 14 formed between the fixed mold 13 and the movable mold 12, the blocks 16, 20 and 42 are arranged in relation to the other mold composing members 19 and 46 through the small clearances, metal-plated layers 25, 27 and 30 are formed on the cavity side surfaces 16a, 20a and 42a of the blocks 16, 20 and 42, and the pattern forming surfaces 25a, 27a and 30a of the light guide plate P are formed in the metal-plated layers 25, 27 and 30.
