PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) device and an RTM molding method where, when a resin is discharged in RTM molding, even in the case a lump of fuzz of a reinforcing fiber base material is discharged together with a liquefied resin, the resin discharge operation can be smoothly performed, and, particularly, a valve mechanism for opening/closing a resin discharging channel can be normally operated. SOLUTION: The RTM molding device comprises: a molding mold where a liquefied resin to form the matrix resin of an FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is introduced into a cavity at which a reinforcing fiber base material is arranged, and further, the surplus liquefied resin is derived from the inside of the cavity; a liquefied resin feeding mechanism feeding the liquefied resin to the molding mold; a resin feeding channel connecting the liquefied resin feeding mechanism and the cavity of the molding mold; a pressure reducing mechanism reducing the pressure in the inside of the molding mold; and a resin discharging channel connecting the cavity of the molding mold and the pressure reducing mechanism, and is characterized in that the resin discharging channel is provided with a filtering mechanism catching at least the reinforcing fiber made to flow out from the inside of the molding mold.
