PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a route searching means to compute a suitable route in cooperation with a speaking device if necessary while leaving convenience at a usual search reference. SOLUTION: The route searching means 31 computes a route from a current location to a desired destination according to a set search reference. When a control means 32 controls the speech of a speaking device 23, a search reference setting means 33 changes the search reference used in searching a route, from the usual search reference to a specific search reference.
