<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic tissue paper with a single embossing which has a bulky feeling and a thick feeling while having a low basic weight. <P>SOLUTION: This hygienic tissue paper has a circular or oval shape as viewed from the top.
