PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a projection of a slider from disengaging from an engagement groove of a tray by suppressing warpage deformation due to bending of a chassis even when a large external force such as drop shock is applied to a disk device. SOLUTION: A separation prevention means 50 is added to prevent disengagement of the projection 21 of the slider 20 from the engagement groove 31 of the tray 30 by suppressing warpage and deformation of the chassis 10 in the direction separating from the tray 30. The separation prevention means 50 has a spring receptor 51 and a spring body 52, and the spring body 52 always energizes a slide guide 12 in a direction closer to the tray 30 through the chassis 10.
