PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device surely fitted into the center hole of a disk, and capable of preventing the application of loads on the disk when a turntable is separated from a clamper. SOLUTION: The disk device is provided with a turntable 4, a clamper 12, and a tray 9 for vertically holding a disk 16 or 18. The turntable 4 has a fitting hole 4d formed in a fitting par 4b, and a magnet 4e disposed in the fitting part 4b. The clamper 12 has a clamping part 12a provided with a recessed part 12k for fitting the fitting part 4b, provided on one end side facing the fitting part 4b, a positioning shaft 12j projected from the center of the recessed part 12k to fit in the fitting hole 4d, a yoke 12c bonded to the other end side of the clamping part 12a, and a pressing member 12e pressed to abut on the yoke 12c and provided with a projected part 12g projected from a plurality of holes 12h disposed in the peripheral edge of the clamping part 12a to the disk 16 or 18.
