PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with text information suitable for a location of the user. SOLUTION: In a step SA, a personal digital assistant 11 sends GPS data to a server 12. In a step SB, the sever 12 creates a map, which is a map around a particular position designated by the GPS data and contains various facilities' position information around the particular position as text information, as a text map 21. In a step SC, the server 12 searches texts 22-1 to 22-N dotted on networks such as the Internet for the texts 22-1, 22-2 containing text information existing in the text map 21.
