PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a monitoring center to recognize whether or not a user has confirmed the information of abnormality. SOLUTION: This security device is provided with: a communication part for communicating with a monitoring center and a user terminal; an information disclosure part for enabling a user terminal to browse an abnormal state stored in a storage part; an access storage part for recording access from the user terminal to the information disclosure part; and a notification part for, when receiving an inquiry signal from the monitoring center, notifying the monitoring center about the user access when access has been performed by the user terminal. The monitoring center is provided with an inquiry transmission means for, when receiving an abnormality signal from the security device, transmitting an inquiry signal to the security device at each prescribed time; and a display control means for, when receiving the notification of user access from the security device, outputting information indicating that the user terminal has performed access to the information disclosure part to a display part.
