摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric charge distribution measuring device capable of preventing lowering of the measurement efficiency that is caused by generation of electrostatic dispersion of particles. SOLUTION: The electric charge distribution measuring device includes a measuring tube 60 for measuring electric charge distribution of a plurality of particles and an introduction tube 50 for sending a plurality of particles into the measuring tube 60, and measures electric charge distribution of particles by supplying a plurality of particles to an introduction tube 50 by the air flow formed from a particle holding carrier 10 holding a plurality of particles toward the introduction tube 50. A plurality of electrodes 40 are arranged between the particle holding carrier 10 and the introduction tube 50 concentrically with the introduction tube 50, and alternating voltage is applied to the plurality of electrodes 40, resulting in formation of a multipole alternating current electric field between the particle holding carrier 10 and the introduction tube 50.
