SIMPLE EXAMINATION METHOD OF SKIN DISEASE BY DETECTION OF CORNEAL LAYER CARBONIZING PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified examination method for examining the presence of a skin disease using the carbonization of corneal layer oxidizing protein as the index. SOLUTION: This detection method of corneal layer oxidizing protein is characterized in that a corneal layer specimen is directly brought into contact with a gel containing a fluorescent substance for specifically labelling the carbonyl group of the corneal layer oxidizing protein with a fluorescence to bond the fluorescent substance in the gel to the corneal layer oxidizing protein in the specimen.
