PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching device of accessories which can perform an attaching/detaching working of the accessories without time and effort by pressing the accessories moderately by a pressing transfer means. SOLUTION: The attaching/detaching device of the accessories consists of a box body 10 structured in partition which seals watertightly a periphery of fluid pipe 1 to which an accessory 2 is connected through a connection 5 by comprehensively including the connection 5 and the accessory 2, and comprises at least a sealing casing having a working hole 10d at a connection 5 side of the box body 10 and a pressing transfer means which presses and holds the accessory 2 by advancing toward the connection 5 within the sealing casing, and a front end gripping and transferring the accessory 2. Furthermore, a pair of positioning means 8 and 7 positioning a relative position of the sealing casing to the accessory 2 are arranged in the accessory 2 and the sealing casing.
