<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical capsule capable of extracting body fluid or discharging a liquid chemical without forcing a patient to have strong pains and without requiring large-scale equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The medical capsule which can be swallowed into the body cavity of a living body includes: a pH measuring means for obtaining pH information inside the body cavity, at least one of a body fluid extracting mechanism for extracting the body fluid inside the body cavity and a liquid chemical discharging mechanism for discharging the liquid chemical into the body cavity, and a driving mechanism for operating the body fluid extracting mechanism or the liquid chemical discharging mechanism on the basis of the pH information by the pH measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
